About the role

The Prime Minister is the head of government responsible for leading the executive branch, coordinating government ministries, implementing laws and policies, and directing the government's overall priorities. The role involves national leadership, policy coordination, crisis management, international representation, and accountability to the country's constitutional and democratic institutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to the government. Form and coordinate the Council of Ministers and oversee government ministries. Develop and implement national policies and government programs. Coordinate with Parliament on legislation, government priorities, and national matters. Ensure that government decisions and programs are implemented effectively. Lead the government during national emergencies and major crises. Represent the country in international meetings, diplomatic engagements, and bilateral relations. Work with government agencies to address economic, social, security, and infrastructure priorities. Promote good governance, transparency, accountability, and public service delivery. Monitor the performance of ministries and government institutions. Communicate government policies and major national decisions to the public. Maintain coordination among different levels and branches of government
